Return Process

  Visit our Support Portal and enter your Order ID and phone number to select the item you wish to return or replace.

  Quality Check Verification

  Upload clear images or a short video of the product showing the issue or the intact condition for our technical team to review.

  Package & Pickup

  Once approved, place the device in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals; our courier partner will arrive within 24-48 hours for pickup.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will trigger your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new unit within 3 business days.
